The ReCentered ASD Mom

A Gentle Reset for Healthcare Moms Raising Kids on the Spectrum

If you’re a healthcare mom with an ASD kid, you’ve probably mastered the art of running on low sleep, reheating the same cup of coffee three times, and answering medical questions while mentally planning dinner.

Your life is full of love but it’s also hard and chaotic, the mom's grief is real and unless you’re in it, you don’t get it.  Between your ASD kid’s appointments and your patients’, there’s no time to breathe or release.  You’re amazing at caring for everyone else… but when was the last time someone truly cared for you? You know you deserve better but change seems impossible.

That’s exactly why I created The ReCentered ASD Mom. Over 8 weeks, we’ll focus on you. You'll master techniques to find calm and grace even in the worst of times and learn to reframe to achieve joy and peace as an ASD mom, healthcare provider and woman, no matter what the world throws at you. The ReCentered Mom is not about fixing you, it’s a framework to find and live authentically, as your best self.

With my PhD in neuroscience, I’ve combined proven neurocognitive techniques with the lived experience of being both an ASD mom and a nephrologist in this 8-week coaching program to:

  • Refocus your mind when it’s been pulled in a thousand directions

  • Restore your energy without guilt

  • Find small, joyful moments between appointments, work, and bedtime stories

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from The ReCentered ASD Mom?

The ReCentered ASD Mom is your 8-week reset not to “fix” you, but to help you breathe again, feel supported, and remember that you matter too. Inside, you’ll have 12 short, self-paced modules you can listen to OR watch, small weekly group sessions, three private 1-hour coaching calls, and personalized check-ins. You’ll learn practical techniques to find calm, reframe challenges, and create more moments of joy even when the world feels like too much.

How long does the coaching program last?

It’s 8 weeks of guided support that fits into your real life, not the other way around. You’ll leave with tools you can use forever plus lifetime access to the modules so you can come back to them whenever life tilts off-balance again.

Can I engage in coaching while working full-time?

Yes! This program was built for women who’ve learned to eat lunch in under six minutes and have to switch from “white coat” to “mom mode” in a blink. The modules are bite-sized, efficient and energizing, and your 1:1 calls are scheduled around your availability. Everything is designed to fit into an already-packed schedule without adding guilt or overwhelm.

What makes The ReCentered ASD Mom unique?

Most programs focus on either the healthcare provider side or the mom side but The ReCentered ASD Mom is built for both. It blends neuroscience-backed tools with real-life strategies from someone who’s lived it: the unpredictable patient load, the therapy appointments, the emotional weight of ASD parenting. It’s not about doing more; it’s about showing you how to reframe, to feel that you’re enough and to spark joy so that you go from barely surviving to living.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you feel like you’re always running, rarely resting, and constantly wondering if you’re doing “enough,” this is for you. You’ll walk away with more focus, more energy, and more joy not in a “one-day-when-life-slows-down” way, but right now, in the middle of your beautifully imperfect and messy life.

What You’ll Walk Away With

A calmer, clearer mind (even on the busiest days).

Real-world stress management tools you’ll actually use and benefit from.

A personalized joy plan that fits your version of life, not a Pinterest-perfect one.

Learn techniques to switch from Clinical You to Mommy you and be fully present with your ASD kiddo and provide an environment for you both to thrive and be your best selves.

My Approach

I believe real change doesn’t happen by piling more “shoulds” onto your already overflowing plate it happens when someone meets you exactly where you are. That might be in scrubs after a long shift, yoga pants between errands, or your trusty “I survived another day” sweatshirt.

My approach is all about giving you practical, real-world tools you can use right now, not someday when life magically calms down. We pair gentle accountability with plenty of compassion, because you don’t need more pressure you need a soft place to land. And we celebrate every single win along the way, especially the tiny ones, because those little victories add up to big changes over time.

This isn’t about perfection or doing things “the right way” it’s about creating space for joy, healing, and breathing room in the middle of your real, messy, beautiful life… messy bun and all.
